This Authorization is part of the Customer Agreement between Doughmain Holdings, Inc., doing business as OpsIntel (“OpsIntel”), and Customer. It sets the scope of access Customer grants OpsIntel to Customer’s source systems.
1. Authorization
Customer authorizes OpsIntel to connect to the source systems Customer selects during setup or later in its account. OpsIntel retrieves operational reporting data for the stores in Customer’s Order Form. That data covers sales, labor, scheduling, timekeeping, food and inventory, service times, loss and audit, and guest feedback, plus accounting data where Customer connects it.
2. Read-only access
OpsIntel uses read-only access wherever the source system allows it. It does not change records, place orders, move money or act in a source system on Customer’s behalf.
3. Credentials
Where a source system requires an account, Customer creates one dedicated to OpsIntel where the system allows it, and grants only the access needed. Customer will not give OpsIntel a person’s own login where a dedicated account is available. OpsIntel stores credentials encrypted, uses them only to retrieve the data in Section 1, and never shares them. Customer may change or revoke them at any time.
4. Customer’s rights
Customer confirms that it is permitted to give OpsIntel this access under its franchise agreement, each source system’s terms and applicable law. Customer will tell OpsIntel promptly if its franchisor or a source system objects to or limits that access. Either party may then pause the affected connection.
5. Changes to stores
Customer tells OpsIntel when it adds, sells or closes a store. OpsIntel stops retrieving data for a removed store within 5 business days after notice.
6. Revocation
Customer may revoke this Authorization for any source system at any time, in that system or by writing to support@operationsintel.ai. Revocation stops future retrieval. The Data Processing Addendum governs data already retrieved.
