How it works

Every system in one place. Our system does the analysis.

Nothing is installed in the stores and nobody enters anything twice. OpsIntel brings your systems together, reads every store every day, and alerts you when something goes wrong.

What our system does for you

Brings it into one place
Sales, time clocks, inventory, guest surveys, marketplace statements and your accounting software. No need to open several systems.
Does the analysis
It checks every store against last year, its targets and the last few months, so you do not download reports and analyse them.
Alerts you
When something goes wrong, our system sends you an alert with the store and the numbers behind it.
What setup takes
You give OpsIntel read access to your reporting, the way you would add a bookkeeper. Nothing is installed in the stores.

Every day

Your data. Our agents. Every day.

The agents are the programs that do the reading and checking an analyst would do. We do the analysis, and you run the business. This is what our system does each day.

  1. Read every store.

Yesterday’s sales, labor, food cost, voids, cash and delivery times, for each store on your list, each day.

  2. Set each store beside last year and its targets.

Each store’s sales are set beside last year, its labor and food cost are shown against target, and cash is labelled over or short.

  3. Detect what is going wrong.

Money leakage, fraud patterns, discount abuse, time-clock manipulation, and the voids and losses that keep happening on the same shift. A store with bad orders, zeroed orders or use of the manager discount code gets a line at the top of the Overview, and with Staff every long shift is checked for labor compliance from the time clock.

  4. Send you the alert.

When something goes wrong, our system sends you an alert with the store and the numbers behind it. Each week it also sends a review of what changed, where cost built up and what to check first.

  5. Track waste, forecasts and trends.

Food waste and yields product by product for each store each day, labor waste and overtime hours, a sales forecast for each store, and trends that show where the graphs are falling against the last few months.

  6. Score the last closed period.

Labor, food cost, order loss, service and guest scores roll into one health score for each store, with dollars beside labor, food cost and loss.

  7. Answer when you ask.

On the Premium plan you can type a question about one store or all of them, instead of opening each store in turn, and get the figures back with the dates they cover.

Alerts and reports

We stay on it.

You do not have to go looking. Our system sends the alert, sends the weekly review, and answers when you ask.

01

The alert

Each warning names the store and counts the orders affected, with a link to that store’s loss figures for the same dates.

The alerts row opened to 4 warnings: Riverside with 1 bad order, Midtown with 6 bad orders and 2 zeroed orders, Harbor Glen with 1 bad order, each with a link to review it. (opens the full-size screen)

The answer

On the Premium plan, ask about one store or all of them and get the figures back with the dates they cover.

The Intel screen, the next question in the same conversation: “What changed at Harbor Glen last week?” The answer: Harbor Glen (1003) was essentially flat last week. Net sales were $47,464.11 in Week 40 (Sep 28 to Oct 4, 2026) against $47,681.53 in Week 39 (Sep 21 to Sep 27, 2026), down $217.42. Against the same week last year, net sales were down $3,317.46, or 6.53%, and orders were down 9.82%. Period Context: Operations are Week 40 against Week 39, both full 7-day windows. Guest scores come from the closed Period 9 2026 (Aug 24 to Sep 27, 2026), not from last week. Key Numbers: Net sales (Week 40): $47,464.11 | $47,681.53 in Week 39 | down $217.42; Orders (Week 40): 1,800 | 1,818 in Week 39 | down 18; Operational labor (Week 40): 31.06% | 31.08% in Week 39 | store's configured target 25%, 6.1 points above; Food cost (Week 40): 26.67% | recipe food cost 27% | actual minus recipe is -$158.56; Order loss (Week 40): $279.61 (0.59% of net sales) | $299.90 (0.63%) in Week 39 | payment refunds $272.48 beside it, down from $304.51. On every screen

Built so you can check it.

Every figure carries what you need to check it: the count behind a rate, the dates behind a comparison, the points behind a score, and a dash where nothing arrived.

  • Three rows of the loss table by store, cut at the first count column. Riverside 1001 shows 0, Lakewood 1006 shows a dash where the number would be, and the Totals row shows 10. (opens the full-size screen)

    A missing number stays missing.

Riverside’s 0 is a count. Lakewood’s dash means no data.

  • The top of one cell in a store’s speed of service panel, labelled Out the door in 18 min or more. It shows 23% in large type with 20 of 87 timed deliveries on the line beneath. (opens the full-size screen)

A rate comes with its count.

23% is 20 of 87 timed deliveries, printed under the rate.

  • The foot of a sales chart with the week label W32 and the legend beneath it. The legend reads TY Jul 13 to Oct 4, 2026 and LY Jul 14 to Oct 5, 2025. (opens the full-size screen)

  • Four small gauges from one store’s health score. Labor shows 0.0 of 25 with an empty ring; Food 25.0 of 25, Combined Loss 20.0 of 20 and Service 15.0 of 15 show full rings. (opens the full-size screen)

    A score shows its working.

Labor earned 0.0 of 25. Each part prints its own points.

Setup

Getting set up.

Nothing is installed in the stores. Four steps, and your stores are on one page.

  1. You give OpsIntel read access.

A reporting login in your franchise system’s portal, the way you would add a bookkeeper, and read-only access to your accounting software. It is used only to read.

  2. Our system brings your stores into one place.

OpsIntel checks that it reads every store. Access is limited to your store list.

  3. Your stores’ numbers appear.

Every store on one page, with the alerts our system has raised.

  4. You invite your team.

By email. People you invite join as Admins. An Owner can make someone else an Owner afterwards.

Limits

What it does not do.

  • It does not change anything in your point-of-sale or reporting systems. It reads.
  • It is not a live feed. Your franchise system posts each day once, overnight, so daily figures run through the last closed business day. An open week or period is shown to date and marked in progress. Inventory runs through your last weekly count.
  • It does not read guest comments, and it does not run your payroll.
  • It does not prepare taxes or replace your accountant.

See it on the live product.

A demo is thirty minutes. Bring the question your reports cannot answer.
