Why OpsIntel

What you are doing now, and what changes.

You already get these numbers. They arrive in separate reports, and somebody has to put them side by side.

Today

What you do today.

What operators do today, what it is good for and where it runs out
TodayWhat it is good forWhere it runs out
Reading each report yourselfYou know your stores, and nothing is lost between the report and you.It takes time you do not have, for every store, every day.
A spreadsheet someone keepsIt can be shaped to exactly what you want to see.It is as current as its last update, and it leaves when its keeper does.
Your franchise system’s reportsThey are the source. OpsIntel reads the same reporting. Each report answers one question. Connecting the dots between them is left to you.
Your accountant’s statementsThey are right, and you need them for taxes and for your lender. They do not say which week it went wrong or what to change.
An analyst or a reporting toolCan answer almost anything, given time.Someone has to build it, and someone has to keep it running.

With OpsIntel

What OpsIntel adds.

  1. All your systems in one place.

Sales, labor, inventory, guest scores, marketplace statements and accounting on one page. You stop opening several systems, and you stop downloading reports to analyse them.

  2. We do the analysis. You run the business.

Our system connects the dots across every store and shows the numbers behind the scenes that no one has time to check.

  3. Alerts when something goes wrong.

Money leakage, fraud patterns, time-clock manipulation, discount abuse, and voids and losses that keep happening on the same shift. Our system does the hardest part and sends you the alert.

  4. The complete numbers.

With Xero and QuickBooks integration you see every cost and every weighting, so each store gets the correct operating targets.

  5. Every store beside last year and its own target.

Each store card shows sales against the same weekday last year, and labor, FLM and food cost as points above or below that store’s target. The store breakdown lists each store this year and last, with both dates printed.

  6. Missing is shown as missing.

A store with no data is shown as missing, left out of the total, and the total says how many stores it covers. A check that could not run is named, and the row does not show a clean result in its place.

  7. A what-if before you commit to a number.

Change orders, average ticket, discounts, labor or food cost for one store and see the new EBITDA beside the reported one. With nothing changed the two match to the dollar.

  8. Loss counted once.

Money refunded to customers is shown beside the loss total and is not added to it, because it repeats the voided and cancelled orders.

Honestly

When it is the wrong choice.

If you run one store, you can still read everything yourself. OpsIntel is for operators with more stores than hours.
