A good fit
- You run several locations of a franchise brand.
- Your numbers sit in several systems, and nobody has the time to open all of them for every store.
- You, or one or two people with you, look at every store’s numbers.
- You want all your systems in one place, the analysis done for you, and an alert when something goes wrong.
- You want the complete numbers, with your accounting software, Xero or QuickBooks, included.
Not a fit yet
- You run one store. You can still read everything yourself.
- You need each general manager to have a login limited to their own store. Today everyone you invite sees every store.
Roles
Who signs in.
Two roles today. People join by invitation, with their Google account.
Owner
Sees every store. Holds billing and a few organization settings, and is the only one who can make someone else an Owner.
Admin
Sees every store, and can invite or remove people and manage connections and settings. Billing and some organization settings stay with the Owner.
